Some Services, such as one-on-one coaching, mastermind groups, or workshops, may require payment. You agree to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in Sydney, Australia, under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
