Raised by a family of entrepreneurs, Crystal grew up helping her parents and grandparents in their businesses.
By the age of 32, she opened her first Caltex station and soon became the Company’s national manager, overseeing more than 1,000 franchises around the country.
With a lot of business experience under her belt, Crystal then founded, scaled and sold a successful admin company before acquiring and scaling franchises in a variety of markets.
